1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DataReporter platform ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DataReporter is a data analytics and reporting platform that enables users to connect data sources, build queries, create visualizations, and share dashboards. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload, connect, or create through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We access your data only as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DataReporter and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataReporter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataReporter from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia.
